By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
2. Our Services
ClapGo Phone Finder Launcher is a utility app designed to help users locate a nearby device through clap detection. When enabled, the Application may detect clap sounds and trigger a sound, vibration, flash, or other selected alert to help you find your phone.
Detection and alert performance may vary depending on device hardware, background noise, microphone permission, system settings, battery controls, and the alert options you select.
3. User Registration
You may be required to register or provide account-related information to access certain features. If registration is available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. User Representations
By using the Application, you represent and warrant that: any information you provide is accurate and current; you have the legal capacity to comply with these Terms; you will not use the Application for illegal or unauthorized purposes; and your use of the Application will comply with applicable laws and regulations.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Application.
16. Launcher Notice
ClapGo Phone Finder Launcher may include home screen functionality. If a user independently chooses to make the Application the default home app through system-provided controls, the home screen experience may differ, including layout, icons, shortcuts, widgets, search area, app arrangement, or other app access surfaces shown on the device.
Your installed apps, app data, personal files, and local documents remain on your device. The Application does not delete, hide, or control other apps, and it does not require users to manage other apps.
The Application is not designed to direct users to manage other apps or system features. Any default home app or permission control is provided by Android, Google Play, or the device manufacturer.
We cannot manage device-level controls, manage a Google Play account, or cancel Google Play subscriptions on a user's behalf. For default home app, refund, subscription, or device-level controls, please refer to the instructions provided by Google Play, Android, or your device manufacturer.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
